As well as being an experienced coach, facilitator and highly respected motivational speaker, Sophie has led many international teams, led cutting edge innovation projects and set up several businesses, including internet businesses. Sophie has a certificate in coaching and several postgraduate qualifications and incorporates coaching in her leadership style.
